IGNITE SOLUTION provides counselling and student support services for online degree programs offered by recognized universities.
IGNITE SOLUTION does not collect university tuition fees.
All fee payments are made directly to the university through official university payment channels.
Therefore:
Refunds, cancellations, and deferments for tuition or admission fees are governed solely by the respective university’s refund policy.
Students must contact the university directly regarding:
We may support communication, but final decisions remain with the university.
Any service fee charged by IGNITE SOLUTION (if applicable) is for consulting support only and is generally non-refundable once services are initiated.
